Fastener replacement [SILVER TITA22]

With regular maintenance, the 846YAJIRO Deep Balancer can be used almost permanently.
We recommend maintenance one year after purchase.

《Caution》

★It usually takes about 1 week to 10 days from the time your favorite item arrives at our company until it is returned to you.

★ Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs when sending your favorite items to us .
★We cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during shipping. We recommend that you wrap your beloved items in cushioning material to prevent damage, and send them using a shipping method that offers tracking and damage/loss protection .

★If the crystal is lost or damaged, an additional fee will be charged.
We will contact you by phone, and if you agree, we will send you an email invoice for the additional fees. Maintenance will begin once all payments have been made.

★If the product is determined to be counterfeit or modified according to our company regulations, maintenance will not be possible.

★ The wire will be cut during maintenance. If we determine that the product is counterfeit or modified, we will return it to you in the cut state.

★Please be aware that there are many counterfeit and modified products circulating on flea market sites these days, and in many cases we discard them during maintenance.

★Please note that if you order maintenance and other products at the same time, shipping will be processed after maintenance is completed.

Can I change the length?

In accordance with our company regulations, necklaces and bracelets, excluding the 8 Series necklace, can only be maintained to the same length as when purchased.
If you are an owner of an 8 Series necklace and would like to change the length, please contact us by phone or via our inquiry form.

How long does the maintenance take?

After you have placed your order and completed payment for maintenance, maintenance will begin once your item arrives at our company, so it usually takes about one to ten days for your item to be returned.

What maintenance should I order if the fastener comes off?

Even if the fastener on your favorite item has come off the wire, if all the fastener parts are present, we can repair it through [Wire Maintenance].
If you would like to replace the fastener or if any parts are missing, please order [Fastener Replacement].
