There is no problem using it in combination with other companies' sports necklaces.

Is it safe to use during pregnancy?

A

I am feeling sleepy and have a headache. Is this ok?

A

Although this varies from person to person, some people may experience physical discomfort or drowsiness. This is thought to be a positive reaction as the body's immune system begins to function and return to its natural balance by using this product. (This is based on our own wear data.) If you feel unwell, do not push yourself and gradually increase the amount of time you wear it.

I have an itch around my neck, is this ok?

A

This product promotes fluid balance in the body and increases metabolism, which may cause itching around the neck or other areas where the product is worn. We recommend that you do not overdo it, but instead take it off and put it on frequently and gradually increase the amount of time you wear it. (This is based on our own wear data.)

Is it okay to take a bath while wearing it?

A

There is no problem with wearing it while bathing. The special wire and titanium parts used in the Deep Balancer are designed to be extremely resistant to sweat and water.

If sweat or dirt gets on the product, can I wash it?

A

If the stain is noticeable, wash it with water or apply a mild detergent diluted with lukewarm water to a cloth and wipe the entire surface lightly, then remove the moisture with a dry cloth and allow it to dry completely before using again.

Can I replace the wires and fasteners?

A

You can have your favorite products maintained (wire maintenance and fastener replacement) at our official online store and authorized retail stores.
One of the features of the Deep Balancer Necklace is that it can be used semi-permanently with repeated maintenance.
To ensure longer use, we recommend performing wire maintenance once a year.
Fastener replacement maintenance also includes wire maintenance, so please make use of this as well.

I'm worried about the length of the necklace.

A

We recommend size L (50cm) for the average adult male. We recommend size M (45cm) for slimmer individuals, women, and children. If you are concerned about the length, please cut your own string to the appropriate length, adjust it to fit your neck, and choose the size closest to the desired length. (This product is completely made to order, so we cannot accept size exchanges after delivery.)

Can I order a different length?

We do not accept custom lengths for the Deep Balancer Necklace Series 4 and 6. The 8 series can be custom-sized in 1cm increments from 40cm to 70cm. Please order the size you require.
*Please note that the price of the 8 series will change every 1cm.

When will sold-out items be restocked?

A

Regarding out-of-stock products and sizes, we have not yet determined when they will be restocked. You can check the latest information about restocked items on our official social media accounts (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram).
*Items may become sold out without being restocked.

I would like to return or exchange an item, what should I do?

A

We only accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of receiving the product if it is unopened, unworn, and comes with all packaging, invoice, etc. If you wish to return or exchange the product, please contact us in advance.
*If you return an item without contacting us, we will not be able to accept the package. Please note that you will be responsible for any fees incurred when returning or exchanging an item.

How many days does it take from ordering to delivery?

It takes about 7 to 10 days from the time of order to delivery after payment confirmation. All of our staff strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience until your product arrives.

Can I get gift wrapping?

We do not offer gift wrapping services at our online store. We do sell gift wrapping bags , so please purchase one and wrap your gift yourself.

I have been wearing it every day since I bought it, but the clasp keeps coming off. What should I do?

A

Depending on how you use it, the wire of the necklace may stretch over time and become too soft, which may cause the clasp to come off easily.
If the wire comes off frequently, it is time for maintenance. Please order wire maintenance from our official online shop.
