How to order

[About ordering from the online shop]
・We accept orders 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
・It will take approximately [7-10 days] for the product to be delivered after we confirm your order and payment.
-We are closed for deliveries and inquiries every Thursday, Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays.

[About ordering by phone]
To avoid any issues with your order, we do not accept orders over the phone.
We appreciate your understanding.
If you would like to order by phone, please contact our official retail store, 846YAJIRO TOKYO/KYOTO.

About payment methods

[Available payment methods]
・Credit card payment will be made through the online store.

・Convenience store payment (prepayment)
Your order confirmation email will include payment information.
Please check and pay at the designated convenience store.
*Payment must be made within 3 days of placing your order.

・Bank transfer [Mitsubishi UFJ Bank, Japan Post Bank, Rakuten Bank] (prepayment *fees will be borne by the customer)
Once we have confirmed your order, we will send you an email with details on how to make the transfer.
Please check and then make payment.

When you receive your cash-on-delivery item, please pay the total amount including the cash-on-delivery fee to the delivery person.

About after-sales service

846YAJIRO provides after-sales service with the goal of building long-lasting relationships with customers.

The 846YAJIRO Deep Balancer uses YAJIRO crystals developed using cutting-edge technology in a well-balanced arrangement and 846YAJIRO's own special wire.
Deterioration or dirt on the special wire may lead to damage to the 846YAJIRO Deep Balancer, so we recommend regular maintenance.

Regarding product delivery and inquiries

- It will take approximately [7-10 days] for the product to be delivered after your order and payment have been confirmed.
- During busy periods or for pre-order items, it may take up to two weeks.
-We are closed for deliveries and inquiries every Thursday, Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays.
・For inquiries about orders or products, please contact us using the inquiry form or by phone. After confirming the details, our staff will contact you.
We have received several reports from customers using carrier email that they are unable to receive emails correctly.

Return and Exchange Policy

If the request is made within 3 days of receiving the product
Unopened and unworn
All included items, including the box and delivery note, are included.

Even if the above regulations are met, we cannot accept exchanges or returns in the following cases:

If the product has an odor, foreign matter, or dirt attached to it
If excessive exchanges and returns are made
Products purchased or obtained through fraudulent means (including cases where we determine that the purchase or acquisition was fraudulent)
Any other reason that we deem it inappropriate to accept an exchange or return.

Products sold privately or transferred, or products that are determined to have been disassembled or reassembled are not covered by the warranty.
Please note that we cannot accept repairs, exchanges or returns.
