846YAJIRO provides after-sales service with the theme of building long-lasting relationships with customers.

The 846YAJIRO Deep Balancer uses YAJIRO crystals developed using cutting-edge technology and a well-balanced arrangement, and is made using 846YAJIRO's own special wire.


Deterioration or dirt on the special wire may cause damage to the Deep Balancer. With regular maintenance, you can use it almost permanently. We recommend maintenance within about one year of purchase.

[Notes regarding maintenance]

  • It usually takes about one week to ten days for your items to be returned to you after they arrive at our company.

  • Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs when sending your items to us.

  • We are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during shipping. We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking and damage/loss protection. Please pack your items carefully to avoid damage before sending them to us.

  • If a crystal is lost or damaged on your item, an additional fee will be charged.
    We will contact you by phone and, once you have given us your consent, we will begin maintenance.

  • If our products are determined to be counterfeit or have been modified through disassembly or reassembly, they will not be covered by the warranty and we will not be able to repair, exchange, or accept returns.

  • During maintenance, we will cut the wire. If we determine that the product is counterfeit or modified, we may return the product in its cut state.

  • Recently, there have been many counterfeit and modified products circulating on flea market sites, and in many cases, we have had to collect and dispose of these products during maintenance.

  • Please note that if you order other products at the same time as maintenance, they will be shipped after the maintenance is complete.
