Return and exchange policy
- If the request is made within 3 days of receiving the product
- Unopened and unworn
- All included items, including the box and delivery note, are included.
Even if the above regulations are met, we cannot accept exchanges or returns in the following cases:
- If the product has an odor, foreign matter, or dirt attached to it
- If excessive exchanges and returns are made
- Products purchased or obtained through fraudulent means (including cases where we determine that the purchase or acquisition was fraudulent)
- Any other reason that we deem it inappropriate to accept an exchange or return.
Products sold privately or transferred, or products that are determined to have been disassembled or reassembled are not covered by the warranty.
Please note that we cannot accept repairs, exchanges or returns.
