I'm having trouble with the length of the necklace

For adult men with a normal build, we recommend a size of around 50cm.
We recommend a size of 45cm or less for slim people, women, and children.
If you are concerned about the fit, please cut your own string to the appropriate length to fit your neck.

Can I order a different length?

We do not accept length orders or size changes after purchase for the Deep Balancer Necklace & Bracelet 4 Series and 6 Series.
Only the 8 series can be ordered in 1cm increments from 40cm to 70cm, and the length can be changed after purchase. *The price of the 8 series changes every 1cm.

I have metal allergies. Can I still use it?

The clasp is made of titanium or medical-grade stainless steel, and the wire is stainless steel coated, so it has been developed to be usable by people with metal allergies, but we cannot guarantee that symptoms will not occur.
Please refrain from using this product if you are allergic to minerals.
